Akashic Records Readings Why have an Akashic Records reading? To get to know who you really are on a deeper level, just for starters.
Integrating lessons from past lives is highly beneficial in that it can be healing to the soul as well as the physical, emotional, and mental body. Some people even report looking younger after getting past life readings. I believe it is because an invisible weight has been lifted from their Soul. Another benefit of these readings to you is that you may regain lost attributes and abilities; Kryon calls this "mining" the Akashic Records. You may resolve old hurts, traumas, phobias, fears, and finally determine how to end certain recurring patterns due to unresolved karma.
Past life regressions are
very different than Akashic Records Readings (past life readings). In
the regression you are hypnotized and remember the event yourself. The regression has the potential to be quite traumatizing if the event is a difficult one; you actually re-live the event. In
the Alashic Records reading, someone who actually has permission of the Spiritual
Heirarchy to access the Akashic Records reads it for you. I offer the
latter, either in person or at a distance.
Past life, or Akashic Records readings can be quite helpful and meaningful for us at particular points in our spiritual growth, as well as to explain certain relationships and recurring patterns in our lives. They can also help us get over phobias or irrational fears, as well as let go of harmful situations.
Understanding our past lives may be the only way we can achieve some of these ends. I am a firm believer in psychotherapy; but to the best of my knowledge, it does not officially address past lives, although I feel sure it will one day. Until it does, people will have to look for these answers with people who can either regress them hypnotically to a past life or who can read past lives for them.
Personally, I have both been regressed, and I have had past-life readings. When/if the past-life situation is upsetting, I find that a regression is much more difficult to deal with, and is more painful to integrate, than if I have the buffer of someone else's seeing it and telling me about it through a reading. This is because in the regression we re-live the original trauma. I went to a psychic seminar about fifteen years ago in Sedona, Arizona, and the final experience was a past-life regression. It was so deeply traumatic that I spent the next three months getting over the upset. I have had equally bothersome experiences related to me by a reader; and I did not suffer the upset all over again. I still understood what it was I needed to know about my past, but the reading was not re-traumatizing. Certainly not all past-life readings are upsetting. Some are merely informative. We often learn about talents and accomplishments we have had in past lives, which may explain abilities and interests that we have in this one.
How did I come to be doing Akashic Records readings? In a dream in the mid-1980's I was given the Akashic Records by an Ascended Master, and one day, when a client asked, I just realized I knew how to do them.
