Happy New Year Beloved Ones,
Many exciting, wonderful and exciting things happened this past year. and some that we could judge as bad, if we did not know that many of our systems need a drastic overhaul. But rather than focus upon what has happened, or to speculate on what will happen, I would like to remind everyone that we are co-creators of everything we see, and quite a lot that we don't see. And I wish to remind us all, myself included, to be acutely mindful of this in the coming year. With that in mind, here are some ideas of ways to celebrate the birth of 2009, which marks less than four years left to December 21, 2012, end of the Mayan Calendar. Want to start a new tradition with me this year?
- Visualize something you want this year, not what you don't want. Do this for 18 seconds straight per day without allowing any doubt or negative thought to interrupt it. I challenge you to carefully pick something really good, and manifest it this year!
