Yummy Cilantro Pesto
4 cloves garlic
3 tsp dulse powder or barley/wheat grass powder
1/3 cup each Brazil nuts (selenium), sunflower seeds (cysteine), pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium)
5 TBSP. lemon juice
2 1/2 cups packed cilantro (also called coriander or Chinese parsley)
2/3 cup flaxseed oil
Use organic ingredients when possible. Place flaxseed oil and cilantro in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the dulse or wheat grass powder, seeds, nuts, garlic and lemon juice and continue blending to a paste. Add Adriatic or other sea salt to taste and continue blending. Store in dark glass jars. This freezes nicely, so you could make up a batch while cilantro is in season and save for the rest of the year.
Cilantro all by itself will chelate the mercury, lead and aluminum out of your body, so you may smell something odd in your urine. Do not be alarmed. The other ingredients combine to make a powerful overall body tissue cleaner. Every one of us would benefit greatly by taking this tasty cleanse regularly, 2-3 teaspoons a day for three weeks, at least twice per year.
Note:
There are a lot of folks with heavy metals in their bodies due to mercury fillings in the mouth or metals which can be unwittingly ingested in any of a number of other ways. This is a major source of hormonal problems, including particularly thyroid, also metals toxicity can cause allergies, learning problems, Alzheimers (aluminum), depression, exhaustion, etc. (We have seen a correlation between the mercury in vaccines and autism, for example.) The above pesto is a great recipe for removing heavy metals from the body. It is actually quite delicious. Two to three teaspoons a day for a week or two is recommended. It is great on flaxseed crackers or rice cakes, or plain old Wheat Thins, etc.
