Past Life Readings Lois can read the Akashic Records and see your past lives . She will describe them to you. In a regression you are hypnotized and recall the lifetimes yourself. These are also available for those who are good at visualization and wish to embark on such a journey. In the Past Life reading, however, Lois will view your past lives, narrate them, and help you understand the purpose of your knowing about each lifetime. What lesson was not learned; why have you come back with this person or persons; what incorrect conclusion was drawn, etc.? You can make notes afterwards, or the session can be taped so that you can listen to it over again to fully integrate the lessons. Most people will state that at least one, usually more, of the past lives covered explain perfectly certain things about themselves, or others in their lives, that they never really understood before. Soul Retrievals are necessary in the case where someone has had a trauma and was "never the same again." This means a piece of the soul has split off and gone to another dimension, according to shamanic tradition. Lois will do a shamanic journey and travel extra-dimensionally to the location where the soul-part went and retrieve it, heal it, and return it to you. Gradually over time, you will get back your lost attributes like an overall sense of safety, or innocence or the ability to trust.
