Cleaning out our Insides:
LIVER DETOXIFICATION: The Coffee Enema!
The coffee enema will detox the liver, which is one of the most important filtration centers in the body. This is also good for relief of allergies. The liver is intimately involved in allergic reactions. Coffee specifically draws toxins from the liver through the mesentery of the small intentine. While a small amount of caffeine may be absorbed, the detoxification is of far greater benefit than the caffeine is detrimental.
Stir 3 Tablespoons of ground organic coffee into 1 quart of spring or distilled water (not the chlorinated stuff that comes out of the tap!) Boil the coffee for 3 minutes and then simmer it for another 15. Strain the mixture and allow it to cool to body temperature. Place it in an enema/douche bag, which can be purchased ffrom a pharmacy or drug store. Be sure the clamp on the enema bag hose is closed when pouring in the coffee. Apply an organic vegetable oil to the enema tip and the anus. Prepare a place on the bathroom floor with towels and blankets as necessary. Hang the bag no higher than 3 feet above the area on the floor where you will be lying. Lie on your back and gently insert the oiled enema tip into your anus. Try to elevate your feet slightly, perhaps against the wall where the enema bag is hanging.
Allow the coffee to flow gently into your bowel, slowly so as not to cause cramping. This can be controlled using the clamp on the hose. Gentle pressure on the bag will encourage the flow. At the same time, massage upward on the left side of the abdomen from the descending colon on the right side of the abdomen. Retain the coffee for 4 or 5 minutes and then expel it. Patients often expel up to one gallon of fluid within 20-30 minutes, due to the toxin release. Initially, this can be doneonce or twice a day for several days. The interval can be spread out to two or three times a week, and finally once a week. It is good as a treatment to help get rid of toxins as well as help the body to battle disease of all kinds, or allergies.
The Liver and Gall Bladder Stones Cleanse
(This is for the removal of gall stones and liver stones.)
For Five Days Before You Do the Cleanse drink a quart of apple juice (organic and unsweeteded) every day to soften up the gallstones, so they do not hurt when they pass. Continue to eat normally, except try to curb your intake of fats. Just add the applejuice to your diet for at least five days.
Day Five: at dinnertime take six capsules of Di-sodium phosphate (if you cannot find it, ask the pharmacist, it's sold over the counter in the USA) with water or juice. If all you can find is a liquid version of disodium phosphate, take the recommend dosage on the box. Walgreens sells it as Wal-Phosphate. Eat a grapefruit and nothing else for the evening meal.
Day Five: at bedtime drink 4 ounces of warm virgin organic olive oil mixed with 3 ounces of lime juice, strained. If this is tough to swallow, stick a straw in it and put the end of the straw in the back of your throat and swallow. This way you won't taste as much of it. Lie on the right side of your body to go to sleep and pull your right knee up to your chest, as closely as you comfortably can.
Day Six: Be sure you can stay at home that day, at least in the morning. Gallstones should be passing in the bowel movements. They will be floating on the water in the toilet bowl. They will range in size from grains of sand to grapes or cherries, and are green to blackish in color. Their texture will be like jello or wax in viscosity or texture. Do not touch them. There are very toxic things inside the lumps of gall or liver stones - like microscopic parasites, for just one.
I have seen this successfully keep people from having their gallstones removed! It gets stones out of both the liver and gall bladder. Over your life you can build up a lot of them, so at first you might want to do this treatment every few weeks or months. This is expecially true if you have been diagnosed with gall stones or liver stones, or if you are having gall bladder pain, which often can be felt in the back, just below the right shoulder blade.
PSYLLIUM HULLS for Colon Health
This is a great, simple way to clean your colon daily. It is not a subsititue for colonics, or healthy eating, but it will sure get rid of a lot of gunk. Mucous tends to build up in the colon and prevent absorbtion of nutrients, plus parasites can hide under the mucous. Ick! Psyllium is the best thing you can do regularly for colon health, it scrubs gunk off the walls of the colon.
I get psyllium hulls in bulk in the health food store. I either put it into icy cold juice, or add it to a cold smoothie. If I add it to a smoothie, I make sure to drink 8- 16 ounces of water in the next two hours. Psyllium absorbs lots of water, so be sure to put some in your body for it to absorb, or it will absorb it from your tissues - a headache is a symptom of dehydration. If you have never used it before start with a half a teaspoon and the second week go to a full teaspoon, and gradually work your way up to a tablespoon a day.
Be sure you use icy cold drinks to down psyllium. If the drink gets warm, it gets thick like jello, and quite difficult to choke down.
The really cool thing about psyllium is that it creates bulk in the alimentary canal. If you have diarrhea, it gives your stools bulk so you have a normal movement. If you are constipated, it gives your stools bulk, so you have a normal bowel movement (unless you do not drink the water.) Note, psyllium is the major ingredient in Metamucil (not in Benefiber, though.) Psyllium hulls from.the health food store just do not have the sugar and artificial flavorings added.
Bentonite, which is a very finely powdered clay, is also good to occasionally take for cleaning out the colon. It traps bacteria and parasites and flushes them out. It is most highly absorptive, and can be found in health food stores. Just follow package instructions. It is taken in small amounts.
Wireless Bras, Please - for Breast Health
Underwire bras are horrible for breast health. Bras in general are not that great, but wires are worse. Why? Because the lymphatic system's circulation starts just beneath the skin. When the bra is tight enough to hold up your breasts, it cuts off a major portion of the lymphatic circulation as well. The lymph system removes toxins from the blood stream, which removes them from the tissues, so it is the sewage system, as it were. If the lymph system is rendered useless in a specific area, that area will become toxic.
There is another reason underwires are so dangerous, too complex to go into here, that has to do with the meridians in the body, and semi-circular shapes, like an underwire (think sacred geometry).
Women who wear bras are much, much more likely to develop breast cancer. The more hours in the day you wear them, the greater your likelihood of getting breast cancer. There have been many studies to that effect - many of which have been suppressed in certain instances by the bra manufacturers. So if your teenaged daughter is wearing her bra night and day, stop her. Stop her now.
There are two books called "Dressed to Kill." One of them is about brassieres, and cites all the data I have mentioned.
What to do if you are immensely endowed and cannot handle the notion of bouncing or sagging? Get a nursing bra. They are the friendliest to breasts. I have not seen ANY with underwires. And take your bra off the minute you get home! If you are moderately endowed, try one of those stretchy camisoles.
