Sunlight is being studied again for its healing effects. Not tanning beds, they have had all the healthful UV rays removed. Straight sunlight, from the sun, can be protective against breast, ovarian, colon and prostate cancers. However, it can still cause skin cancer, so if that runs in your family, of course stay out of the sun. A good substitute is full spectrum lighting, which can be purchased under the trade name "Reveal" in grocery stores and discount stores. I get mine at Target. It prevents seasonal affective disorder, relieves depression and strengthens immunity. To learn more, google Dr. John Ott, he was a strident champion of full spectrum lighting.
Gogi berries or wolf berries are some of the most nutrient dense food on the planet. They have anit-ageing, energy giving and immune system boosting properties among many other things. They can be had from several multi-level marketing firms, or on the internet. They are pretty expensive. Or if you live in Houston, you can get them comparatively inexpensively at the Hong Kong City Market, at Boone and Bellaire. Just remember to cook them for 20 minutes and drain to get rid of some property they have that otherwise causes diarrhea. (The Chinese medicine pharmacist at the HKCM told me this.)
Bee Propolis is anti-viral, anti-inflammatary, and anti-bacterial. It makes an excellent mouthwash in alcohol for dental problems! It is also good for the common cold, recurrent gential herpes, candida, fungal skin infections, liver disease, rheumatic diseases and stomach ulcers. (WDDTY, vol. 16, no. 9).

What is it about? A former Canadian Defense Minister, Paul Hellyer, Canada’s Defence Minister from 1963-67 under Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Prime Minister Lester Pearson, publicly stated: "UFOs, are as real as the airplanes that fly over your head."
