BodyTalk re: horses, essential oils or apple cider vinegar on emotions,

Due to my having such a great website (thanks Cheryl!) word is really getting out there! I have newsletter recipients on several continents now! There is a woman in Germany who has decided she just MUST learn shamanic journeying from me, and a man in Washington state, too, who wants to do so, but cannot make it.  The lady will be here (in Houston where I live) from Bonn, Germany, next week visiting family and wants to take my shamanism class.  So I am creating one for her. The only time I had available was 11am to 2 pm. on Wednesday, March 30th.  If anyone on this mailing list wishes to join us, I am offering a reduced rate for this class.  The cost of the shamanism class is usually $140.00, but to those on the list, just this once, the cost is $100.00.  You will get a drumming tape to take with you and when the CD of the class is finished, you will get a free copy of it, too.

I am planning to record the class, so that the people who live far away, like the Native American man in Washington State who wants to take a shamanism class from me, can just buy the class on CD.  I will do a power-animal retrieval in absentia for them, and send the CD, for the price of the class.  So do come participate!  Over the coming years, many people will learn about shamanism from this class, and benefit from your having been there and shared your journey and your experiences and your questions!  If you are repeating this class with me, it will only be $30.00 this time, instead of the normal $60.00!

Bring a blanket, pillow, & drum or rattles if you have them, and something to take notes with!  Come make history with us!

AROMATHERAPY NOTES:

Anxiety, agression, disappointment, grief and stress can all be releived by the essential oil called Bergamot.

For stress, tension, shyness, anger, agression, panic and fatigue (mental and emotional) try the essential oil called Ylang-ylang. (Pronounded lang-lang.) Some say this also has an aphrodisiac effect on men.

For relief from suspicion, you might try lavender or jasmine.

Relief from physical fatigue needed? Try basil, elemi, ginger, lemon, lavender, orange, peppermint, or rosemary essential oils.

Plagued by hysteria?  Try one of these: Chamomile,Lavender,Neroli,Orange, or Tea Tree oils.

For disappointment, try the following: Bergamot, Cypress, Frankincense, Jasmine, Orange, Rose.

The above is from a website called Nature's Gift.  It rings pretty true for me.  Why not experiment with some of the above?

                              Apple Cider Vinegar Baths

For overwhelming emotional states another good thing to do is bathe in apple cider vinegar.  Two cups of the vinegar to a tub full of warm water.  Soak for about 30 minutes and then drain the tub and shower off.  Light candles and listen to music so you won't get bored.  The vinegar seems to pull the emotions out of the body and into the aura and the showering clears it from the aura and sends it down the drain.  Most of my BodyTalk clients swear by it.

BodyTalk case notes:

This is too cool not to share.

K.H. of Humble, TX., came in for her regular BodyTalk session, and among other things, was concerned about moving her horses to another boarding stable.  The one where they had been boarded for the last five years was becoming increasingly inappropriate for her and the horses, but she did not want them traumatized by change, either.  The emotional and psychic connection to her two horses is very, very strong.  During her session a disconnect to a Matrix of a Group came up.  It was the stable they were all leaving.  So we severed the connection at her heart.  The next link was a connection to the new stable at her heart.  In both cases Innate wanted the stable and both its owners named, a husband and wife in each case.

K. called me a couple of days later to say that the horses were excited to move and just hopped happily into the horse trailer and talked to her, urging her to hurry up and get them out of there; it was past time to be gone.  They danced around later,  glad to be at the new stable and slept on the ground, both of them, the first night. Sleeping on the ground is a huge gesture of trust for horses.  K. was very excited, and said that BodyTalk was the only thing it could be, as they had tried nothing else regarding this issue.

Isn't that cool?  I love this work!

Blessings,
Lois
