Hologram of the Heart - Channeled by Dr. Chapman

Recently Dr. Cathy Chapman, who channels Amma for Sedona Journal magazine, went to Japan to teach and channel. I felt very fortunate that while there she spoke with some of the EDINA Initiates. While there, she also channeled from Amma some new information that she says I may share with you, and which we can all use, called the Heart Hologram. See below for details on how this came to be, and how to utilize this new practice for yourself, and to transmit it to others.

Good evening, dear ones! How wonderful to see you and to be here in the center of spiritual growth. I am sending my Love directly to each one of you into your heart center. You are children of my heart. I am Amma, the Divine Mother, and I am your mother. You grew within me and then came into this wonderful planet. You have no idea how deeply loved you are. You are made from Love. You are Love. You are Love Incarnate. You are Love Incarnate. When you feel unlovable or unloved, I want you to say, "I am Love Incarnate." That will resonate in your energy field and awaken within you the knowledge of WhoYou Truly Are.

If you came to know, right now, that you are Love Incarnate, you would awaken in an instant to the fullness of Who You Are. You would know that you are Love. You would know that abundance is what you breathe and it is manifested instantly. You would know that relationships are with aspects of yourself and bring you into wholeness.

Even if the world were falling down around you and you were fully in the knowledge that you were Love, it would not bother you. The truth is that is what you have been called to do - to know Who You Are and be firm in that knowledge as the Earth changes.

I am now going to bring down into each one of you the Love energy of the Divine Mother. It will do what is needed for each one of you personally. There are some of you who will experience healing - some of the body and some of the mind. Some of you will have a balancing in your brain. Some will be moved to tears. Some will be moved to laughter. Be moved however it is right for you.

My dear precious ones, you have been attuned with the energy of the Divine Mother. Each time you see someone today who has not had this attunement, just by being with them, you will give it to them.

It is time for the structures that keep you from your heart to break down. Yes, it is time for the structures that keep you from your heart to break down. I and many others have taught that it is important to live life from your heart. Too many people have been living from their head only. It is not that living from your head is bad, it is incomplete. We focus on learning how to live from your heart because you already know how to live from your head.

The Heart Source is a combination of the energies of the heart and the third eye. I'm going to ask you now, instead of learning to live from your heart, to live from your Heart Source. When you live from your Heart Source, you can watch the news and you will know what is truth and what is not. When you live from your Heart Source, you can listen to spiritual material and learn even more than what is in the words. Living from your Heart Source will assist you in opening your intuition on a daily level. It will assist you in awakening to the power which you have as a human being. It will activate areas in your physical heart that are unknown. It will activate areas in your brain that scientists don't know what they are for. It will assist you in becoming aware of how much this 3D world is illusion. It will assist you in being able to look at the illusion, stand back from it, and still be involved within it in a positive manner.

There are seven steps to moving into your Heart Source. It may seem complex at first but as you practice it, you will go into it quickly. As I give you the directions, you may write them down but do what I ask. You don't have to write them if you don't want to as you will be able to do it very easily.

First, enter your heart chakra from the back, not the front. Go deep within your heart center. You will go into a place that feels very sacred. Nothing negative can enter this area. Feel that energy for a moment.

Step two: Stay there in the back of your heart center and go into the front of your heart center. Again, go deep within that center. You are now within the back and the front of your heart center, deep within. You are actually in two different dimensions

Step three: Enter your third eye from the back. Stay in your heart center, front and back. And now you're deep within your third eye from the back.

Step four: Now enter the front of your third eye, staying in the back and in the front of your heart center. Go deep within. Now you are deep within the front and back of your heart center and the front and back of your third eye.

Step five: Connect your heart, front and back, to your third eye, front and back, with a beam of energy. Most of you will feel the difference when you connect the two.

Step six: Send that beam of energy out of your crown to the center of the Universe.

Step seven: Send that beam of energy down into the center of the Earth.

You are now in your Heart Source. Feel what that is like. Learn to live from this place. It connects two very powerful parts of you, your heart and your brain. Being connected to the center of the Universe is actually being connected to Source, to Spirit. You'll be able to bring in wisdom and knowledge from the Universe. Being connected to the center of the Earth keeps you grounded. You have a body to live in on this planet. Live in your body.

When you come to a situation where you feel anger or fear or sadness, you will know that you have left your Heart Source. There is no judgment in that. It is as if you were going to a place and you realize you are going in the wrong direction. You simply change your direction. There is no judgment.

When you realize you are not in your Heart Source, simply place your hand on your heart. Believe from your heart. Be aware of your third eye. Connect those chakras with a beam of light. Send the energy above and below. You can do it in a click of a finger. It is important to learn to do this like that (clicks fingers).

You are here today because you answered the call deep within yourself to come. You think someone else invited you. No, my precious ones. I, Amma, invited you. When you came here, you accepted responsibility to be one who will practice being in your heart source. You didn't know this on a conscious level. On a soul level, your soul wanted you here for this progression.

There is not one person who is at a higher level than another. All are of One, the Divine Love. There are those in this world who think they are better than others. One of the ways you will know truly spiritual people is that they know they are just like everyone else. They have just remembered more.

There is one energy. It is called Love. It is not a feeling. It is an energy. Each one of you came from that energy. Each one of you made choices to live and experience this life in a different way. Each choice you made was a precious choice. Each choice was the way you chose to experience this life this time. Before you incarnated, you chose to be on this planet in this country at this time. You chose to be here because it was this time.

Now you are ready for the Heart Hologram. The Heart Hologram does not look the same to everyone. There is just one Heart Hologram just as there is just Oneness. You look different one from another, but there is still just one. The Heart Hologram will appear for most as what you call sacred geometry. The shape is not the same for everyone. It is the same energy but it may be a different geometric form for each of you.

I will need your help to transmit the Heart Hologram to each of you. This one I speak through, myself and other Beings around you, are connecting heart-to-heart. I will begin to send the Heart Hologram to each one of you as we gently Aum. We are creating the Heart hologram so we need the sound of creation. You may either Aum aloud or silently.

We will now say Aum and feel it expand.

Aum-aum-aum-aum-aum-aum... Allow it to expand. If any feeling other than Love comes up, send it away. Have the hologram surround it and transmute it into Love.

Aum-aum-aum-aum-aum-aum... Allow it to expand beyond your heart.

Aum-aum-aum-aum-aum-aum... Allow it to expand surrounding your body.

Aum-aum-aum-aum-aum-aum... Beyond the releases. The tears are the releases.

Aum-aum-aum-aum-aum-aum... Expand the hologram even more.

Feel your heart hologram strengthen.

Feel the energy vibrate throughout your body.

Now when you find your mind busy with many things and wish it weren't, silently Aum into your Heart Hologram. When you are standing in line, when you are lying in bed and can't sleep, when you are waiting, whenever your mind is not occupied with something significant, Aum into your Heart Hologram. This is a spiritual practice that will assist you greatly and it is so simple to do.

To transmit the Heart Hologram one to another is also very simple. If you are with people who are open to this type of work, you can do it aloud just as we did. That would be showing them the Heart Source, then connect heart-to-heart with them, then everyone gently Aums. The energy from the Heart Hologram goes into them. Everyone's Heart hologram may be different. It is based in sacred geometry. Yours could be very simple or it could be very complex.

To transmit the Heart Hologram silently to someone not aware of it, we'll transmit it like a virus. All you need to do is be in your Heart Source, connect heart-to-heart with the other person by sending a beam of energy from your heart to their heart, and silently Aum into your Heart Hologram with the intention that the energy will be transferred to the other person's heart.

The Heart Hologram is an energy structure that is to be natural to everyone just as the chakras are. The more people who have the Heart Hologram transmitted into them, the faster the vibration of the planet will rise. And the more easily will outdated structures, such as the financial and governmental ones, begin to dismantle without people being in fear. There is no more time to waste. We cannot say tomorrow anymore. It is here now. The fact that you are here shows that you have answered the call to be one of those to begin transmitting the Heart hologram. Have fun doing it.

When you practice being in your Heart Source, you are watering the seeds that we give you today. The energy that I brought down today is a hologram of pure Love. This hologram is moving and growing within each one of you now. It has begun in your heart and it will expand outward. As it expands outward, it will bring changes to your energy field.

When you receive the Heart Hologram, some might think they've made a mistake. They may seem sadder, angrier or more anxious. This is because the energies of the Heart hologram are of a high vibration energy. As the vibrations rise in a person, the low vibration energies have to leave. You need to know that you can simply breathe them out. Or you can Aum into your own Heart Hologram while the low vibration feelings are surfacing. It may feel uncomfortable for you but know that all you have to do is Aum into your Heart Hologram with the intention of the other energies leaving.

Whenever you feel the lower vibration energy, notice where it is in your body. Find it and say, "Ah, there you are." It is nothing to be ashamed of or upset about. So you talk to it. "Ah, there you are. I don't need you anymore. Your job is finished. Thank you. Leave." Take a deep breath and breathe it out. And it leaves. Ask when it leaves that violet light surround it and transmute it to the golden light of Love.

If you feel any low vibration energy in your body now, find it in your body. It may not be a feeling. It might be a pain. Say, "Ah, there you are. I do not need you anymore. Thank you for your message. Leave now. Be transmuted into Love." Take a deep breath and let it out. The Love hologram within you will wrap it, transmute it into Love and send it forth. What leaves you will be Love.

You can do this anytime. You can do it anywhere. Learn how to do this easily when surrounded with people. They won't even be aware you are doing it. For instance, if you are talking to someone at your job and you don't like them or they bring out anger in you, notice where that anger is in your body. Say to yourself, "Ah, there you are. I don't need you anymore. Thank you. You are now transmuted into Love." As soon as you say "transmuted into Love," the Heart Hologram surrounds it. "Leave now." Take a breath and breathe it out. Learn how to do that in such a way that even if you are in a crowd, you can still do it.

Release any fear in this manner. Do this with any anger, even if it's with yourself. You will find that you change. Every low vibration energy you release, each time you tap into the Heart Hologram, you become aware of who it is you truly are - the Power and Presence of God. It does not matter what the fear is about. It could be fear of not having money, not having a job, not having health, that something will happen to your children or those you love. It doesn't matter what it is. It is time to release it. Each time you release, you become more aware of who it is you truly are.

Being in a place of Love, acceptance, and joy, will change the planet. When you release all that is not Love, you come to know who you are and you can manifest anything you want. When you come to know truly that you are the Power and Presence of God, and you release any fear that comes up, and you become that which you truly are, Love, you can manifest whatever it is you wish. You can offer appreciation for a wonderful meal by reaching out to say "Thank you" and have what you call money appear in your hand. Magic? You are creators. It is your fear that creates discord. You chose to have fear to hide who you were. In a way, you chose to play with fear like an amusement park ride, like going to Disney Land and riding different rides.

As a being of infinite ability, you wanted to convince yourself that you were limited. To convince yourself that you were limited, you had to create layers of limitation. You did an excellent job! You do not believe you are the Power and Presence of God. That's how good of a job you did. Congratulations! You did well.

Now it is time to remember. You want this planet to change. You want all people to be recognized in Love. You want freedom from pain. You want freedom from financial distress. You want your children and your grandchildren, nieces and nephews, to be everything they can be. You want to be able to fulfill your highest dreams.

Now is the time to do that. You have to un-create limitation. The Heart Hologram that is now within you will help you to un-create limitation. It needs your help. If you say, "I wish to live in peace and joy," and then stay in fear, then you have not truly made the choice. But you hadn't been told how to release the fear, had you? Now you know.

All low vibration structures on the planet need to dissolve before the new energies can take hold, strengthen and grow. The time is now for the world to know that the only reason for what you call money is to offer appreciation for goods and services. Money was never meant to be power or control. It was simply appreciation for the labor and effort that went into what you might call production. Money was to be the symbol of appreciation of the delight and goodness you receive from the joyful delight of someone's effort of manifesting. Their effort was also to be in joy and delight.

When the world comes back to being in appreciation for what they receive from the labor of others, the entire financial structure will change because the energy vibration will change. People will come to realize that abundance is in the air you breathe. As you offer appreciation for goods or service, the symbol of that appreciation, in the form of currency or another symbol, will be there for you to give. I repeat, money is a symbol of appreciation. When you gave money to come to this workshop, you gave a symbol of your appreciation for receiving the message and for being in this energy. When you go to the market and buy your food, you are giving them a symbol of how much you appreciate being able to have this nourishment. When you are giving appreciation for riding the train, you are in appreciation for all the places you can go.

Living from your Heart Source and focusing on your heart hologram will change the way you look at money. When you give appreciation, your heart will open you. When you are in a place of appreciation when you receive appreciation in the form of a paycheck, a fee or a gift, your heart will also open. The key is to be in place of appreciation whether you give or receive. That will change the energy of what is happening on the planet with regard to what is called finances. When you are in a place of deep appreciation, you are out of fear. All will be well.
