Crop Formations 2004
Each summer I remind us all of the fascinating, ongoing mystery happening world-wide, but mostly in Southern England. These formations are created with technology unavailable to human beings at this time. The media in the USA and UK do not report this. In fact, they debunk it with misinformation. (WHY?) But thank God for the internet, we can find out what is really going on if we are interested. Crop formations only happen in the summer when the grain crops are growing. They are totally mystical, unexplained and full of sometimes new, previously unknown mathematical information given in the form of geometry. While there have been some fake crop formations, the vast majority of them are completely real and definitely not man-made. Body Talk Case Studies
I realized that I seldom tell you about case studies in BodyTalk in the newsletter. Just today two people have reported major personality changes due to secondary personality matrix removals a few weeks ago. They are just completely different people. One woman is now free of food impulsiveness, the other is not going ballistic at her financee over certain behavors like she used to. She is really calm all the time. (This comes up when Innate is ready, not under our conscious control.) Both of them are reporting major shifts in their lives. Some of the other things that have happened recently include a couple of women in their thirties who have been unable to successfully maintain a monogamous relationship (for one reason or another) getting into monogamous relationships and making them work. Another woman within her first two visits getting "unstuck" and buying a new car for the first time in many, many years and then moving to another house. All within a month. Both actions had been enormously blocked in her life. One man is changing his career path totally, something he had been wanting to do for years. Naturally I am also seeing lots of physical healing and spiritual growth, but also these life changes, which you might not have thought about happening as a result of BodyTalk. Cooking Rice
Did you know that if you soak brown or whole grain rice for 4-12 hours (assuming this is dried rice you are cooking from scratch) and change out the water 2 - 3 times you will get rid of a naturally occurring chemical that makes is hard for your body to access all the protein in rice? And if you eat rice in combination with beans that you will have as complete a protein as if you were eating meat? Did you know that black beans are close cousins to soy beans and are also really high in protein like soy beans?
Peppermint Tea
Peppermint tea, in fact peppermint in all forms, is good for the alimentary canal. If you have indigestion, upset stomach, gas pain, etc. drink a cup of peppermint tea. Super strong doses of the tea will relieve a headache. Peppermint essential oil will open your sinuses if you inhale it! Peppermint essential oil is a neurotoxin to roaches and ants, and can also be used as an anti-parisitic in your intentines!
Lemon Essential Oil
Okay, did you know lemon essential oil is highly anti-bacterial? It is good for liver congestion, asthma, acne, mouth ulcers, varicose veins, boils, insect bites, arthritis, cellulitis, high blood pressure...the list goes on.
The Film: Farenheit 911
While I really do not like Michael Moore, I have seen Farenheit 911 and I highly recommend it. Seeing as how in the USA the newspapers and radio and TV stations are all owned by 3 large corporations now, and we are not getting unbiased news reporting, it is really important to hear from the "left", to get a balanced view. (What ever happened to the anti-trust laws, anyway?) It is naturally in the best interests of large corporations to back the Republicans. Republicans are historically nicer to big business than are Democrats, who tend to represent the masses, at lest at this point in time. There are some who say that the government is actually "owned" by big business now. The Bush family’s business dealings with the Saudis is particularly interesting, and, well, disturbing.
